I did ONE thinking it was harmless and that my privacy rights were protected. WRONG! I keep getting calls 3 times a day from a number who is blocked. I am not able to find out the number since it is blocked, nor can I block them. They answered once, it was some asian guy saying "You win $100,000! April fools." Wow, what an idiot with too much time to waste. Now I may have to change my phone number...I also got tons of spam email that I cannot unsubscribe to. I did not even complete the offer, because in order to get the sparkcash, it makes you buy things. This is just a warning to people, especially younger kids wanting to get free Sparkcash.
So thanks Outspark....I think it would've been 10 times easier and less dangerous to just use Paypal to buy the Sparkcash.

Hello,
Thanks for the feedback.
Please remember that these offers are providing you with FREE SparkCash after you engage in the specific offers and hopefully after you have READ the terms of that offer. These offers are coming to you via a partnership with a provider. They do have support and contacts when you create your account to do the offer.
For example, if you click on the green button called "Missing SparkCash" you will see all the offers that you engaged in listed and their status:

Notice the link of terms of service for that offer? Please read those terms before using these offers. The link would have taken you to this page: http://pub.myofferpal.com/terms.action
The results of these offers are something you agreed to when you accepted the offer.
I hope this helps.

This is not true. Every business in the US that sends e-mails, makes phone calls, or advertises in some similar way must provide a way for a customer to unsubscrbe to the service if they do not wish to continue receiving it. For phone calls this would be registering with the National Do-Not Call list. For e-mails they must provide a link or an option for you to select should you no longer wish to receive communications.
Fraud is another word for false. "He is a fraud" meaning that he is pretending to be someone or something that he is not. In the legal world this includes providing fraudlent (false) information on a document like a job application or a tax form. This also includes identity theft, accounting discrepancies, etc. However, choosing to be taken off of a mailing list is not one of them.

You cannot unsubscribe to a phone number that is blocked. If its some random person fooling around at their work all day, nothing can be done. Many "do not call lists" are OPTIONAL for businesses or only apply to certain ones. I CAN unsubscribe to emails, the problem is, that one company sends my info. out to MANY companies, who also send it out to MORE and so on. I unsubscribed to a few, and it helps slightly. I'm getting the problem worked out but it's taking some time. There isn't really such a thing as privacy in this country, except if it violates any harassment or threat laws, even then, not much can usually done. The information on the internet is too vast for the government to keep watch over.
As for the sparkcash, I don't even care anymore...

By the way Outspark, Offerpal Media Inc.'s privacy policy link does not work....Also I didn't even complete the offer, because I didn't want to buy some junk from their website.

In my understanding, the term "free" is simply a selling point to make their service seem more attractive,
therefore, nothing is actually "free" because you either have to waste a ridiculous amount of time filling out a list of questions, or buy something you really don't need. Basically, if you want sparkcash, it's probably a better deal to just buy a card or use your paypal account etc, personally, i just like to play the game. <(^-^)>

Btw, if u read the terms of service, there's an unsubscribe number for the phone, not sure about the email but it might tell them to stop. then again, advertisers wouldn't do that xD

i have some complaints about the Free Offers, But not many considering I do these offers. Sometimes they dont work, but most the time they work for me. and I didnt have to pay for anything. Yeah sure, I get a lot of spam and junk in my email.. But thats why i use an email account that is strictly for junk mail. These offers are really easy to do. And if you happen to find some that doesn't require you to pay anything, take a screenshot of the offer on the last page of it, and Send that in as proof that you did the offer. Nothing says TRUTH better than a Picture right?
