Problem with the game please answer me

Hello my girlfriend has just installed the game but when she run the game and enter your password, and select the server and her character, the game screen appears in black and it see the character only.

Does it have any solution for this problem?

The girlfriends computer use windows vista and she download the program for windows vista.

If I have a solution please say me quickly ok?

It's possible a file was corrupt. I'm no computer expert, but try downloading the game again. If the problem persists, her video cards may need an update. Make sure her system meets the games requirements to play.
