i am having this problem ok here it is. i was doing a lvl 11 quest the one with echo cave so i went to it and i finished the quest and everything so i clicked on the guy to get out it loaded up then during the load it shut down and went back to log on menu. so i logged on and did everything and when it loaded i got the screen and i could not move then it shut down again! plz help me!
