Need CSR,I can't log into Buliwvf :O

Hi, this is my alt I'm using,my main character is Buliwvf.I been ban for a billing dispute error.I pay outspark the money I own them and i still can't log in so can the CSR look into my file and check why I am still ban if i paid them already?I paid them and they took my money so shouldn't i get to have my account back :(?Please CSR, unban me

THE ONLY WAY OF CSR GETTING TO YOU is by sending in a tickent

Like Johnny said, the only way to get in touch with a CSR regarding your account is to submit a ticket. You can do so by selecting the 'submit a ticket' link in my signature and then selecting 'contact a CSR'. Fill out the necessary fields and a staff member will get back to you in 2-3 business days depending on how busy they are.

However, because no one on the forums can do more than direct you to the 'contact a CSR' page, I'm going to go ahead and close the thread. If you have any questions on how to fill out a ticket please feel free to PM me :)
