hey, i can log in but after initializing image cache, this always appears..

i had modifyed and repaired SoS, but no use :( will it be fixed if i download and installed it again?? =.=" pls help

There is a good chance downloading a fresh install will help you. Uninstall the game and make sure to delete any game related folders you can find. Then reboot computer and reinstall the fresh download. Make sure all your drivers, direct x and microsoft net framework are up to date first though. That covers most problems, but sometimes weird things happen anyway.

It doesn't work for me. I also having the same problem for quite sometime already. Had been uninstalling & reinstalling the game, installing the latest .net framework, disabling my firewall & anti-virus program, ensuring my graphic driver is up to date.

Does it happen to all of you after some patch / updates to the game or what? Maybe there is something wrong with the game?

I really don't understand. :confused: But yeah...weird things do happen anyway.

i have fixed the problem, i just uninstalled sos and downloaded it again.. my firewall is off.. >.> but i have same problem again.. when it gets 7am outspark time, i get dc all the time.. x.x it won't let me lvl Dx

Argh.. i have a problem again.. =.=" do i have to download it again? (well, i'm downloading it now but it's hard coz our net got a problem for a certain reason that i'm not sure i know o.o) last time i downloaded it on my outspark downloader and now it wouldn't work.. and when it got to patch, it says can't access game with the current version when its stuck for a minute and all it would respond is that..>.< or it just says fail to connect to internet Dx (even if i can.. well for just a while -.-) is it what it meant, ->current version= download it again coz the download page is changed or something else like that<-..=.="

Yeah ive been having the same problem too. i keep getting getting the same xen client error... tried updating anything software i need for comp didnt help... restart comp didnt help ... asked a couple sos peeps on this xen client error not too much help since i was getting massive headache just listening to the stupid explanation of the wings quest from other ppl since i wasnt getting it >< What a horrible time to have the game mess up on us especially when such a nice item is up for grabs. ive wanted the white wings since i was a 3x squire >.< i guess i have to unistall this game and reinstall this dang thing again for like the 4th time >> thanks outspark... for ruining my night last night to stay awake till 6 am trying to figure this thing out and having work 5 hours later didnt exactly help either << man b-day is 4 days away i better hope i get this game fixed and get those wings asap.

lol yeah i was happy at the fact there was the quest for the wings near my b-day and was hopeing i could get them before my b-day in a way of a nice b-day present for myself from outspark but now yeah... i feel as though outspark kinda screwed me over with this nonsense ive been lacking sleep the past few days trying to get to 110 too >< 18% away from 110 too >>. with only about 4-6 hours of sleep your mind and body starts to feel like a zombie x.x i was planning to gain some info on the wing quest then get some rest so i could go to work with a fresh mind now im at work right now feeling like a dead man x.x well when i get home it would be nice if they can fix this without me having to reinstall the dang thing. or else i have to waste more time doing that rather than gain more info on quest and get to 110 as well ._.

LOL thanks Misauri : DD but i usually use sc pots. lately i assist aoe in guild pts with my guild on the new maps. the sc pots just help me heal faster if im dying to fast. usually we take along at least 2 healers just in case. but yeah lvl ing at 10x isnt easy thats for sure lol. but now i want to concentrate on getting white wings and get the last 18% i need to 11x. if i get those wings it will fit my image perfectly as a seraph angel for my warrior : D just like my siggie . i wear school uniform halo and the small wings. well i got some friends who know this problem stuff i can jsut go to them if its not working for me but that wait time is killing me though >< must have wings D:

aww.. i c.. oh,yeah, ur siggy reminds me of the white wings XD i know its hard to lvl..lol ( i always die Dx ) i want white wings too.. but the items r mostly in hard maps, the success rate needs to be enhanced with xens and rings T^T oh, btw, have u solved ur problem yet? LOl yeah i fixed the problem now. i tried to unistall the whole thing but that even wasnt working so i threw everything in the recycling bin and redownloaded the whole game again lol. after that works again after 3 fing hours of waiting for the bit torrent to finish dl including all the updates the game had to do >>. yeah i heard the whole details of the wings quest yeah might be hard but i got peeps who are gonna help me get them faster or at least give me the items for cheap or for free lol. had to get more sc though must have Merdian r @.@ lol yeah i got to 110 already thanks to zion1 lol. yeah if the thing doesnt work just trash the whole thing and start fresh again thats what i did LOL. ohh polaris there are two ways to dl the game either through bit torrent which i did or by file front. either way is the same only reason i did through bit torrent is because i use that software to dl my anime too lol

It was fine a couple of months ago untill I stopped due to exams and college project. Then after updating the game I get this...... This is the third time and my spirit for this game is almost dead......

U are not alone...I got the same problem as u. It was working fine when I had to stop playing for some time becoz of some reason. After patching the game, I can't play anymore becoz of this xenclient error thing. I have tried all methods I could think of including redownloading and installing the game but to no avail.

Anyway u mentioned that this is the 3rd time it happened, so how did u solved it last time?

Get this! I didn't have too bad a problem, until this morning. Three disconnects in an hour, in red maps no less,OUCH! Xenclient curse! Not responding! Holy Moly, why is it a problem all of a sudden? Since I originally installed the game back in February, I usually had one or less DC's per day. Last night I had two parties in Kramer Forest for two hours, it ran perfect. I really don't understand this inconsistancy. I've got all updated drivers, Nvidia8500gt, dual core, and can run grafx wide open on any game. Will the designers ever check this post? I don't believe the answer is uninstalling the game, it could be an ISP deal, or something in the latest patch. Oh well,,might as well go ahead and uninstall and kill 4+ hours,,,,cough...

Has your random crashes been related to one area map? Mine seems to really disconnect(xenclient) at Kramer Forest. And in a specific area of that map. At approximately 1/3rd the way into Kramer, from Loren. Since the last disconnect, yesterday morning, I've been to several high level maps and with no problems at all. Just an observation. There was also a new service pack from windows I d/l yesterday.

Have you tried all the service packs for Vista, from MS? The last update sevice pack seemed to remedy the disconnect problems I was having. I d/l'd it friday and haven't had a problem since. I also got a new security program from Kaspersky, that works really well and uses 70% less ram. Try the service packs.
