I cant find where to report a problem with my spark cash purchase. I feel as thought i have looked everywhere. Maybe there is someone on who can help me with fabulous knowledge of where I am supposed to send my problem?

That link will redirect to the new way to the help section. Check the FAQ first but if you can't find what you need - Then click the "Contact a CSR" button. Fill out the sections required and you have to play a waiting game.. Since today is Friday.. You might have to wait til the next buisness day (Which might be Monday, if they don't count Saturday as one).
