im having problems opening fiesta

i downloaded it i try opening fiesta nothing happens.
i also did what joker said about deleting temp files but when i tryed it again
but didnt work. i also noticed when i went to add and remove programs sharplauncher wasnt there.help plz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
