I could use a solution to the Echo Cave Problem

I notice some others are having this problem too

(to reiterate)
My character cannot leave Echo Cave, every time i try, with either a scroll or talking to a miner i cannot leave, the game stops and goes back to the login screen, sometimes i log in long enough to see my character and then it logs me off again...Please tell me there is a solution to this problem
