once i enter my user id and password, and begin logging in this internet thing pops up with a exclaimation point and an upside down question mark. then it just doesn't let me log on. when before, i could go on it with ease. now i'm in the process of downloading it again, but if anyone can help me with this problem maybe i can fix it before i have to redownload it all
