Which skills to upgrade?

Hi everybody im a full end tanker and im wondering which skills i should UPGRADE not empower, for example should i buy slice n dice 2 or keep it at lvl 1? if someone can give me a list that would be great

I don't see why NOT to upgrade any skills.


I buy all my latest skills. So I say buy all your up-to-date skills, it won't hurt you. You'll just be spamming them all anyways xD
