Where are Boogy Killers?

So I put License on my Wand..Boogy Killer, thinking I saw them in Sea of Greed, however, after searching for the last 20 minutes I'm unable to locate them...

Could someone tell me the Map they're on, and the coordinates, if possible please, it would be a great help :)

Boogy killer is the name of ur license/title. You kill Boogy's to lvl it up

Thank god that PvP is not fully implemented yet, or else you will be hunting ppl with "Boogy Killer" title :D.
