SOS freezes my comp

i downloaded the game, installed it and updated it. i was able to log in but when creating a char i couldnt see it; wasnt able to see the hair style or the hair color nothing. i pressed ok and the game. however when doing my first quest, the floor was black and i could only see monsters and some plants. thats when the game freezes and nothing happens until i restart my comp.
why does this happen?

Lolllllll!! As far as I can see, you're computer contains too little GB/space. Try to have at least 50 something GB in your C:/disk, then your computer will work....well....seem faster ;D

Well, the toon creation bug has been there for awhile. (the "I can't see my char when I make it like hair etc but it's there after I click create").

As for your system details; They seem fine to play the game. Have you tried to reinstall yet? Are you using the latest installer available? Are your graphic drivers up to date?

Lol.. Man, @jojoli -- One does not need 50GB of free HD space to play. I've only partitioned 30GBs for my main drive and most of it is being taking up, leaving me about 4GBs free.. and I still play fine. Oo
