Alrite, after gettin killed multiple times with no reason at all. I'm going to say this to all of you pkers out there. Especially those lvl 89 people or higher-ups.

You people don't have no reason to so such things to attack one and another. Yah noe!? People just want exp and such, yeah we all do. You just cant use aggressive and power to fear those lower lvls. You guys have no damn right to kill someone because "oh there on our turf, lets kill them." I don't give A CRAP ABOUT IT! You people are damn greedy, over use of turf, and think that is your land. Yeah so, you just wunna mob the whole land to get exp. BIG DEAL U LOW LIFE PEOPLE OUT THERE! I play Fiesta, yeah. But i'm not a low life person, I have a life outside this world. If you can't respect that, then go cry to your mother about it!

Theres a differences between a War and Pking. That makes so much differences. Give my regards, I hate pkers, I hate killing other people because I have to defend myself, and I just hate people bragging about its their land. Get a life you people. Yeah I should too but I only play on weekends or so if im finished with my homework.

Its when a PLAYER DUELS another PLAYER to the DEATH whether or not your going to LOSE exp.

And this is the attitude I have spoken of so frequently in these forums in advocation for changes to the abyss. You have no right to tell someone where or when they can play. Its obvious this young person has few hours during the week, due to r/l priorities, and attempts to make up for some of that during the weekend. Many players are on a schedule as such.

Again, read the ToS when harassing players, or attempting to camp an area, even though it may be within the walls, hills, or caves of an abyss, the ToS still apply.

And, AGAIN, pvp is different from pk'g. Please re-read other threads if you still fail to discern the difference between the two. One is harassment, the other is a challenge between agreeing individual.

And, AGAIN, DF, try to think real hard why these threads keep popping up. In the event you are unable to visualize the "why", how does violation sound? Players feel violated when mobbed by higher level pc's and or their entire group, which is the more likely scenerio.

I have no problem with players dueling (someone challenges me, I agree, we fight it out...I'm a cleric, so we both waste a whole lotta stones). To me, that is what pvp should be.

Pvp is not: Someone challenges me, gets mad if I whip his butt :rolleyes: and so he gets some high level friend to pk me. Or groups of players pk'ing single players. Or, strong players preying on weak ones. Or, repeatedly pk'ing as people enter the area.

I don't think the way pvp is done in the abyss (seems to be mainly pk) is any good for the Fiesta community.

The abysses have not always been there, for starters, u dont have to go in there to lvl, for drops, or as a matter of fact anything. sure they make it easier but all of us older players got along fine without them before they were made. we lvled, made money and capped without ever stepping foot in an abyss...even tho the cap was like 69or 79 i think when they first put in abysses >____>.....

why so serious?! dude its a game grow up. Abyss was made as a pvp zone so players could fight each other with some challenges thrown in(monsters) it was never meant to be a place to grind. We have all been pked before no its not fun dying but if u cant take it dont go in. Same with fbz dont go in their and complain about getting killed u made the choice to enter a pvp u should know the risks.

Yes, there are people who harass others in Abyss. This, in itself, is against ToS. So report them.

However-
Bear in mind that as a pvp (person vs person) zone, you can get killed and someone killing you for your room is quite legal and within their rights. There is also friendly pk'ing that happens in the abyss'. It's not such a huge deal.

Now-
If you have a complaint, register it as a ticket with OutSpark. Go to the top right corner of your screen, select "Help", then select "Contact a CSR." Or go to the top and select "Support" and then select "Contact a CSR." Fill out the form and submit it.

And-
If one of the suggested helpful links they provide you with before you submit the ticket are not helpful, then press "Submit" again.

Abyss is abyss, if you go in there prepared to yell at people for trying to kill you, as is quite within their right to do, I suggest (not tell) you go do your quests and find a regular map to grind in.

Note-
I actually sort of preferred the old way the Abyss' were set up. =3 You had to go to Vine Tomb or 2nd level of Luminous Stone to get to the 3x Abyss. But the Forest Perimeter is convienent as well.

Note II-
In my opinion, they should name the Uruga Forest Perimeter something like "Forest Perimeter II/2." =3 I've gone to the one in Elderine a few times when I was supposed to go to the one in Uruga because my Friend List said "Forest Perimeter."

Well actually i had a bully in the 5x abyss, took my archer a whole month to go from 49-51 so what i did was made a fighter got him to 5x and Destroyed every pker i had a chance too. And if i couldn't kill them i ran them out of the abyss right b4 doing so. My advice, become a pkker or move on.

It would seem, however, that some players did get what they wanted and served on a silver platter. Consider the 'Kill Points' gained when players go about harassing others in the abyss by repeat kills. This is one of the many complaints, as well as spawn killing. There have been several very good suggestions to cure these problems, but pk'ers seem to want their cake and on a silver platter.

And, by the way, why do you all use the term 'newbies' evertime a player's statement may not be in accord with a pk'er's ideology of how the abyss should function? Many of the people wishing for change to these pk actions have been around much longer than the abyss, I for one.

As for 'entitlement' all players are entitled to play in Fiesta that are there legitimently. They are entitled to the same rewards as any other player with what the ToS terms as 'fun' and without provocation, hindrance, or harassment by others players.

Your statements are contrary to one another and vividly display the confusion between pvp and pk'g, and, thusly, allow exploitations of a major glitche in the system to exist in the abyss. Please read the ToS again, in particular sections which outline harassment, attempting to own areas (we used to call that 'camping') and killing over an area, which is in direct conflict w/the ToS.



And-

And, no one has the right to re-direct a player out of an area. All areas in Fiesta, no matter the server, are there for all players. The main reason people are attempting to use the abyss now, more than ever, is due to the drop rate changes outside of those areas.

Since sometime early Fall, or late Summer of 2008, the drop rate outside the abyss has been lowered to almost nill. This makes it very difficult to pursue one's skill in mats, scrolling or potion making, not to speak of the lack and/or the poor drops that manage to come from killing mutual enemies either in KQ, or through regular questing and grinding. Ergo, the exorbitant change in prices of merchant/vendor items. Talk about inflation!
