25 spr 50 end rest dex, bad?

I was having a conversation on my level 36 cleric in Roumen in shout about the build I was going for. I'm mostly support but I feel that having DEX after I go 50 END will help me seeing as already I've noticed that sometimes monsters find their way to me and a miss here and there on me isn't bad. But I was told to go full END after I get my 25 SPR. Is my build bad? :confused:

I'd go 33 dex, then after the evasion increase drops, go full end.

So 25 SPR, 33 DEX, rest END.
