No one knows when Open Beta will release. Everyone here on the boards is waiting for the GMs to announce it.

Is the closed beta available to everyone that is registered and downloaded the client right now?

As far as I know, it's only allowed for download to a certain few registered members picked out of random. I wasn't one of them =/

I don't think so. Everyone that I saw has managed to play, even a friend of mine.
I hope I can do so.
