Gift issues :/ (NOT COOL)

My friend gifted me a Premium Beauty Coupon and i never got it. Could sum1 fix this "gifting bug" and somehow get 1) his sc back or 2) gimme a coupon. May be selfish but that was supposed to happen:mad:

As far as I can tell there are no bugs with the gifting problem, otherwise they would've deactivated it already. The best thing you can do is ask your friend to submit a ticket to a CSR (since he's the one who spent Sparkcash). If everything goes ok you will get the help you need.

Also make sure that your friend sent it using your sparks ID, not character's in-game name.

Unfortunately >.> OS staffs sucks and will not refund purchases made at SC store. Why? I don't know, they could always just track it and blah blah blah, but seeing how lazy they are and won't even fix simple glitches in game~ They probably won't care.
