First all servers offline now this?

I just heard that the servers are all back up and running, but for some reason I cant get on. When ever I go to log on and the the kitten and the dragon are running around on the screen the pick a server option never pops up. And I've let it sit there for a good 5 mins waiting but it never shows up.
