Yes thats ok. Really extra points won't mess up your guy. SPR to 25 all the way. Did you read the build section in my guide. Oh yeah and STR is for dmg.

Yes 25 spr and go full dex. Its good. Although at higher levels you might want 5-10 end.

or are u meaning xx (+25)
which requires 25 levels
