Go to Forest of Mist go around on your mount looking for herbs you can get Herb Leaf from the herbs in Forest of Mist it wont take long to get them.

Please do not dig up old threads that are over a month old.
If you're looking for any sort of Herb, you can get them from harvesting herbs scattered around on maps. For Herb Leaf, I would recommend checking out the hill to the left of the Luminous Stone Gate in Forest of Mist.
