Hey i have been having troubles to use my cleric powers with some certain ppl, i dont know why, we even reloged, dismissed whole ptys, and nothing changed.
It says "Failed to Cast skill"

Perchance was that person in a guild war at that moment?
I noticed you two are in separate guilds, and if guild war was declared (either by or on) your friends guild, you won't be able to heal/rev/etc to them. The only people who could heal him would be others in the same guild.
(*Side note, AOE heals would still heal him, but you don't have any of those yet :x)
That's 9 times out of 10 the only way you'd get that message
You said you relogged and repartied, so my guess is that a guild war was the problem
If he wasn't in a guild war at the time, then it might just be another gift from the new patch, your friends name falls under that 9 character can't click on the picture thing, so maybe this is a new bug for you? But you have him targeted so if it wasn't a guild war, I'm clueless...
