No Text Rendering...!!!

ok i just installed sos....i hv fully updated my grafix drivers...everything loads fine ..i can login also .... but the prob is tht not a single text is rendered whn the game starts .... i can only see the text which are images thts on the HUD[head up display] that is wat the screen elements ..!
plz can anyone suggest a solution
any help wud b greatly aprreciated.

Which part ot the control panel? can you please give more specific details?

Yeah! COME ON HELP US! I can only see only CAPSLOCK typed messages. I think I need to switch on those Clear Type Fonts on, but I dunno how.

My mates comuter sucks. COME ON HELP! GM if you thought that helped you are all wrong.. That only said me to open ControlPanel and find there a thing that says: Turn pn Clear Type Fonts, but like hella I know where that is.

All i see in mine are a few scattered pixels or nothing at all....

1. Right-click on a blank area of your desktop
2. Select Properties from the context menu (Preferences in Vista)
3. Select the Appearance tab
4. Press the Effects button
5. Select the check box before Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts
6. Select ClearType from the drop down box.
7. Click OK until the boxes are closed out

My problem was that part of the lettering was real light, or even missing. This fixed it for me.
