i dont get it do i need slice and dice 01 to be able to use slice and dice 02 at lvl 13?:confused:

I believe you do, I can't tell you with 100% certainty though as I just bought everything I could skill-wise.

You cannot learn S&D 02 before S&D 01, you must learn 01 first before you even gain access to 02.
