Sadly it means nothing with upcoming wipe. No one will reachlevel 2 weapons by the end of CB. Or that is not enough for a good market.

^Actually its lv 21+ items that uses lv 2. Lv 2 xir sells for 2.3 silver. Just making ten of those ohh boy! A hundred.. You're my man.
