Question for anyone

Im still pretty new to this game so i thought this would be a good place to ask a dumb question. can i transfer items between my characters in this game? is that what the storage guy is for??

If you have two or more characters on the same server yes you can use the storage as a means of transfering items, since it is common. So what one character will deposit there, another one can use it.
