Blessed/Lucky Elrues

I know that you can make your own Elrue, or Lix, but how o you get the lucky or blessed ones? Can you make them too?

Get them as prizes from KQ, treasure boxes, you can mine them (rare) and NPCs give them as quest rewards.

Non Playable Character.

If you've played any game ever in your life, you have seen NPCs. XD

Non-Player Character. Basically it's a computer controlled character that gives quests or sells goods.
