Lost my wand-- odd bug?

As soon as I got my wand from the level 20 quest, i teleported back to elderine and did a regular elrue and it failed, did it again, and I got +1, then i used the blessed elrue and it got +2, then I used my lucky Elrue, and it worked, bringing my wand to +4. I went to equip the wand but I couldn't equip it. I relogged and walk to the mage trainer in elderine and learned the wand mastery, then when I went to equip it again, It vanished when I right clicked to equip it??!

Now I'm pretty much broke with no weapon at 20. Fun. But there mustbe some bug invovled here.

Interesting suggestion, but no. I have 37 copper on my character. Is it possible i sold it still? I have no idea what the level 20 items sell for but I could see that as what might have happened. Also, there is no way i would have clicked "yes" in the confirmation window to sell my wand. Good idea, but just no way.

Contact a GM I suppose, I have never heard of that happening ^w^;
