Hi, I was wondering since I'm going to be a tank and I'm definitely going to put 45 points in END where should I put the other 19 points STR or SPR. greetz

Personally, I'd put it into SPR. The damage done through crit-ing more often will outweigh the tiny amount of extra damage given from STR.
