Weapon title and Name title

I have 3 weapon titles on my weapon. Can they be changed? Have increased my level and can use another weapon title but can't seem to change them. Also, do the Character titles add anything to power?

Yes.
Quite frankly I never title weapons and I usually just give the titles away to someone who wants them as they take up too much valuable storage space.
Here is what a title on your weapon does,
Say you title your weapon for Smart Phino just as an example, you gain a slight advantage over killing Smart Phinos to start out with but only Smart Phinos and that advantage increases the more you kill up to a point, I forget exactly what the % is.
The more Smart Phinos you kill with that weapon earns you personal titles (which I never use) like "Smart Phino Killer" and "Smart Phino Dominator" etc. but does nothing to improve your stats.

Tylur has made a magnificent guide regarding character titles. However, they do not benefit your character in any way, they just look nice... depending on your preference.

Don't forget that according to sites, the weapon licenses do increase the crit rate on the weapon and that bonus is against /all/ monsters not just the one on the license.
I have yet to find a list of licenses and the bonus from each one. if anyone has info on the crit bonus from licenses, please post a link.
