Server Up/Down

While it is a nice thought that 150% boost in exp is given for 1 hr. I shut off because it was midnight and didn't know how long it would be down. Even so... with all the shutdowns lately, can you put a server up or server down on the login page... I keep trying to log in, looks like it goes through then i get disconnected from server. It is up or down? Is it you or me? Would be nice to know

Or how about just going back to the host-servers they used to have; ever since they switched over to these ones we've had problem after problem after problem, all server related.
