Scroll Bugged?

Is it just me or is this Scroll bugged?
it says i have the Aim Scroll

but when i make it it says it's a power scroll..
i've been making this SAME scroll a few times now..
i'm still confused if it's a power scroll or an aim scroll...
Look to the Left and look at the Skills Section and look at the description of the scroll...

Weird..?
Any help?

Just more typos that need to fixed. Ive counted well over 100 typos since Ive started playing. Just needs more time whoever is in charge of the translations its pretty clear that english isnt their first language.

That usually tends to happen when Asian people attempt to translate a game into english.
