Can not connect to server and 103 Error

I can't log in because i get either a can not connect to server pop up or a 103 protection error popup. I don't know what they did to this game but they need to fix it, and offer some all day exp bonus or something for this junk, everyone i know that plays is having difficulties signing on. Does anyone know what i can do to fix this? or must i re-install Fiesta?

getting the same thing going here was just playing then loged off to eat tryed to log back on get the e code did the same thing yesterday. or it will just close but most of the time i can just reboot pc and it will work for a little bit or get a fiesta bin error wich is fun
