Well, i'd say maybe a special case in KQ's where that information is displayed.. but definately not something you would want visible at all times..

Imagine if you're in a guild war and your enemy knew everyone's level and defense..

im new to this game( am downloading) but generally in alot of good mmo you can see people in your party's levels and maybe other people not in party but enemys ( enemy guilds or in pvps) you cant... i dunno.. just posting my 2 cents

If you can get them to party, it'll show their level next to their picture unless you have the other info toggled for the party. Nothing else is really needed in that respect, I don't feel.
