i really have a big problem

i was just playing fiesta then suddenly i got disconnected. when i try log in a pop up message came saying " either your user name or password is incorrect.:confused:" i thought that maybe i just made a mistake so i tried again but it still pops up. so i tried to change my pass but i was surprised to see that my email add was not recognized, "WHAT!!!:eek:." what the hell is going on. it says that " email add is unregistered :confused:" how come? im sure it was the same address i used during registration in the close beta and also when i first change my password. the letter that outspark gave was still in my inbox. but how come my email add is unrecognized/unregistered?

plss anyone helpppppppppp!!!!:(

BTW i already downloaded the latest version of the launcher....

i really need to get back online Im on server TEVA my char is Blessy lvl 52 fighter...

Have you shared your account info with anyone? If so, they might have changed your password and e-mail to steal your account. That's why you should never give out account info.
