Mostly internal lag on your end. See if it gets better when you run Fiesta with less processes in the background.

To view your processes, move your cursor to the grey task bar at the bottom of the screen, right click and then select Task Manager. (Or you could press "Ctrl", "Alt" and "Delete" - either way will get you there.)
The Applications tab will show you what tasks you are currently running. The Processes tab will show you all processes.
You can stop any Application or Process by clicking on it then selecting End Task (or End Process depending on what tab you are in).
Be careful though, because most of the processes that are running are what keeps the computer going so if you end them you could cause damage to your system.
Your computer could be slow because you need to delete non-running programs and files - you could have a build up of files that are using memory even though they are not important.
I suggest you run Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragmentor. Also, you can download a very useful utility called CCleaner, Just google it. When you get to the site, click on "Download Latest Version" next to the green arrow.
This can be used daily after surfing the web. It deletes all temporary internet files, and a host of other rubbish from your computer.
Once installed, click "Analyze" to see what can be deleted then click "Run Cleaner" to offload them.
