please help, i don't know what happened!?!?

I was fighting in cobalt cave today, and a guy walked in, then i got an error message saying "sent wrong packet" then i had to re-install the game, and when i did i signed back on, and it said "[Notice]Access to this user is limited" what does that mean? please help, i spend alot of money on this game so i don't see why this is happening.

Well the wrong packet sent error occurs occasionally, it usually means there was a lot of lag. Normally you can sign right back in, so having to reinstall is odd. A lot of people have been getting the access is limited message lately. Most are tracing it to a connection problem. Maybe this weeks maintainance will fix it. I would send a message to a csr anyway. The more people that report a particular issue, the faster it will get looked at.

I do get that Error message sometimes, but somehow I never D/C after closing the box? While all my friends get kick out of the game? Any Idea?
