A error pop's up during im playing

When im fighting, or just talking this error pop's up and freezes the screen.

the error says Xenclient error
it says to send error or cancel

if i press send error..well it send the error to the computor's company

and if i press the cancel

then i get kicked out. it's been happening for a week and i what to play :/

any one knows what to do...besides waiting for the reply?:(
