Would you kill a friend/guildy in PvP Kq?

I was watching my friend win a PvP Kq and then he got scolded from his guild. Most were infuriated with his actions. One person even warned to kill him next time.

PvP Kq and abyss are very similar, but in PvP Kq you only win treasure and you do not lose experience.

Would you kill someone you knew in PvP Kq? I think it is all fun and nothing serious. Though, his guild had different views. Some say that you are alone in that Kq and they are all in it to win. Others say that they would help their guildy and not kill them.

Would you kill a guildy or not? I'm pretty neutral on this.

some people are silly and would take it personally so I won't, others I know wouldn't care, and usually I'll say something to them afterwards ^^


the people who annoy me are the ones who get angry when you kill them once, and then purposely hunt you and no one else >.>
especially when you use the ice to protect yourself, and they stand there waiting for you with the hammer until it melts, wasting O' so precious hammer time

I've never made a big deal if friends or guildies killed me. If a friend or guildie doesn't want me to kill them I won't. If they have no problem with it, I will treat them like everyone else in the pvp kq.

In my opinion, it's just a kq. It shouldn't be taken personally. I've had friends who've ruined their friendship over it and it saddens me. Even when they agreed with me.

umm...its pvp kq....winner will get loads of exp n blues n other stufff....1 more kill :D n ur 1 step closer to get rewards, i wont miss it :p.... helping in pvp kq just becaue u r in same guild...dumb..dumb...its not a guild war...its pvp ...:p....its the only place besides FBZ where u can enjoy killing w/o worries n u get good rewards from killing others;)

Nope. I don't kill good friends and never guildies. Except for if they kill me first (on purpose) . Then I'll kill them from that point on. In return I don't get killed myself.

We'll with the uuber ammounts of guilds piling up to win i wouldn't say its wrong, I'd just say its stupid to kill one of the few people on your side in the entire kq ~.~
But that is from the viewpoint of a fail squishy hybrid...

The point of a PvP KQ is to enter a free-for-all PvP match. Guildy or not, friend or not, you are a target.


Personally, I find people that gather together as guildies or friends to fight as parties to be against the spirit of a free-for-all PvP KQ (same for when 3 cookied axe fighters at the max level for the KQ decide it's easier to kill everyone else and steal kills than to fight each other).



But that's me...I tend to have some wierd ideas.

I think that in a PvP kingquest its you VS. everyone, though it helps to make an alliance with a guildie or friend also in the kingquest, that way you can watch eachothers backs, double the chance of staying alive ^-^
