Sometimes Vista has a few issues with playing these games, which game are you refering to?
I run Windslayer and Fiesta on windows Vista on my laptop.

1. Check the system Requirements
2. I would uninstall and re-download the game and re-install it
3. If that doesn't help Contact a CSR using the help section http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/answers/list

Yea my launcher doesnt activate when it says "downloading exe 84" and everytime i start the launcher it keeps saying downloading exe 84 then i cant start it :( help please fiesta is awesome !!!!! :P
