Skill Empowerment

Is it a good idea to max out Power for Magic Missile? I put maxed out Cooldown for it, but I'm still not sure what to do.

I have a pure INT mage, but I'm still not sure where I should put my skill points in.

It doesn't really matter honestly... Some people do it, some don't. Personal preference, I guess. But don't spend all your skill points, you definitely need a bunch when you reach 60 to empower Nova and at 67 for Inferno... You'll need 10 to 15 points for each :P
