In Game Images Problem

When i load the game up after logging it. All I see is a blue screen with the severs. Then when i go to places it just shows a blue screen. My brother plays this game and when he goes it tell him where he is going with a special screen for each place. I re downloaded and reinstalled the game and its the same thing. Does anyone know how to fix this so I see the actually screen I'm suppose to.
