Frozen Character

I've tried to log in a few times today, however with my single character on Apoline (Kalea), as of today the game freezes immediately upon loading. Could I have suggestions on how to fix it or have a GM look into it?

We have the same problem, My char Mellisa also in Apoline is sort of bugged. Game freezes after the loading screen. I would really appreciate an action on behalf of those of Us who have the same problem
