Yellow Bar?

Im a little confused about havesting materials (Mushrooms, copper, wood, etc.) When i click on the material a moving bar at the bottom of the sceen moves back and forth. Im a little confused the help menu says there is a "Yellow Bar" that im suppose to click on but i dont see it anywhere in my interface, does anyone have a similar issue or a solution to this problem?

the yellow bar is always on mine, it's a little line the moving bar goes past back & forth
