Reports increase?!?!?!?or being ignored?!?!?!?!

Has there been an huge increase in reports, and that is why i still after 1+ weeks gotten a reply about my hacked account???

My friend who reported my hack also has already heard back.....

=/ that sucks i'd say try and send another ticket but yea. contact a CSR link is broken -_- ty for such great customer service OS. I bet they broke it because we were sending in too many reports.
