View Full Version : Problem Replying To CSR Emails

My other account got suspended. I didn't know why.

I tried to reply, making sure to reply above and below the specified lines. I got a reply saying "Your reply did not process correctly." etc.

I had the same reply problem regarding some sparkcash, in that I couldn't reply even though I most assuredly replied between the lines.

The larger problem, I then tried to login to that account to get customer service, now for 2 reasons, and found that my "account has been blocked." This makes it difficult to get help if you are blocked from logging in which is required to get help.

So now, here I am on my alternate account and have to resort to making it public by posting on the forum cause it's the only way I can try to have a couple questions answered.

1) What did I do? I am very confused as to why I'm suspended.

2) Why can't I reply in the email? I'd have preferred to not post this.

Please allow me a way to contact a GM or CSR in PM or something.

If your post sinks to the bottom of the epic pile of threads within 5 min of being posted there is a good chance it will not get seen by staff. That is not their fault. They ask you to submit tickets for issues like this specifically so that your question does not get ignored. By submitting a ticket (which you can do on your alt) you assure that a staff member at least sees it.

As for why your account was banned you should have an e-mail from Outspark in the inbox of the e-mail registered to your banned SparkID. If you do not, please submit a ticket (you can do so on this account) in order to get in touch with a CSR about the status of your account.

However, this issue is between you and Outspark, so I am going to close the thread. If you need help filing out a ticket please feel free to contact me or any of the other CLs by PM and we'll help as best as we can.
