Green Box (possibly Shouts?)

Can we PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make it stop cutting out my typing when someone spams that stupid green box. I don't know what it is, and I really don't care.
All I know is, when some idiot is spamming it for several minutes, I cannot communicate at ALL with my team mates, and it really is annoying not being able to even say quick things.

Well, It's not too terribly bad as it used to be back last year. About 1/3 of the members playing Solstice had no control of their game clients whatsoever when Emoticons were being used. Emoticons used to have notice boxes -AND- they spammed up your chat window too even if it wasn't directed at you.

Still, I agree with you that it could use some more fixing to help the stop-text, but it really has gotten better.
