New High leveled monsters?

With the Seren Meadows maps coming out with the next patch, I have a feeling there will be new High leveled monsters. The only evidence I have is that one of my level 50 friends got a quest where she was supposed to kill Hyena's. The meadow sounds like a place where they'd be, and so this is my guess.

Level 47 and you haven't figured out that there was higher leveled monsters on higher leveled maps?

Of course not dude, I've been solo training on ssiyo's since level 1 and the only reason I even was able to become a rogue is because my newborn brother who can't even speak yet told me that I had to do a quest.
