Party Exp Boost Removed?

It seems that the party exp boost was removed during the patch which presents quite a bit of problems. I am not sure if it was intended, if not, then please ignore the following list.

1. Leveling will take much longer than it used too. I was getting more exp in a group killing Worm Dragons (which are 10 levels lower than me) than killing the highest level enemies in Serene.
2. There is no real incentive for party play when you can level faster by yourself.
3. Some classes will not be able to level as easily as others, as their functions were to help a party not to be able to kill, such as priests.

There are many more, but I will hold them back until this was confirmed as an actual part of the patch, not just an oversight or bug.

rav is right i cant lvl properely bcoz im a dark priest which has no high damaging attacks

i wanna meet people and talk to them and one of the best ways to do that is to party

if its like this no one would want to party with me bcoz anything i can do someone else could do better since im DP i mean if they want heal they would get bish if they want someone to kill mobs they would get ele if they want a mobber they would get an archer

i totally agree. the only classes that seem to be able to lvl efficent alone are summoners/elementalists with thier huge aoes. they get around 45k exp average each mob.
anyways bring back to party system.. that was the best thing that happened to this game as of now, but it seems u took it out and added more crappy cash shop items..... outspark continues to amaze me to no end with their greedy decisions. not only that they removed it and the only people who got to take advantage of the situation are the people who dont go to school/work.... now that its spring break the people with busy schedules are **** outta luck cause they took it out.


edit: please GM let us know what the decision is about the party system, all my friends are on the verge of quitting and I for one will not be playing this game cause the exp atm is worse then freakin flyff and maplestory. ned to kill over 800 mobs with 2x exp for lvl 48.... and its a whopping 1600 for the true f2pers..... which means this game is gonna die cause the only high/semi high lvls will be cash shoppers and we al know the majority of these f2p games are the freeloaders.... look at rohan the game is dead and the only ones playing are the ones who spent money on it. not a single f2per.

Personally I liked the party xp the way it was before it was nerfed. My fiancee and I would like to be able to party together again without cutting our exp in half.

Edit: Its hard for a Level 47 Bishop to level considering they should be parting with there buffs.

-Could it be that Lv.99 is the MAX Level and which leads to people will be EXPECTING MORE?


Y'all have to understand that the MAX level is 99.
If we reach that.Whats next?Nothing else from what we've seen from Korea and they have the MOST UPDATED one. Once mates hit Lv.99 they'll be asking,demanding for more and more.
We'll simply need find a new way to Level Up.

But we should give out suggestions of how to Obtain these new ways of Leveling Up instead of being stuck on ONE closed door of Partying.There are other doors,just find'em =O

i know! im in the same boat as you! i work for a living and all the people who dont got a job/school all got to lvl 58+... my vacation just started thursday and i was **** outta luck cause i couldnt even log on due to the outage.... now i have all the freetime in the world to get to lvl 50 and cant even do it cause the exp is god awful.... Hopefully they think this thru cause tons of ppl are thinking about leaving.... and all the maps are dead lol.. no one at Old Mining Station anymore when before there was teams every channel.

This may have something to do with the upcoming 2x EXP WSP, maybe outspark would love everyone getting a booster instead of being in a party to get free exp; And also this game is still open beta right? So they might just say its part of the adjustment; We believe this is not only a game for outspark but its also a moneymaker. ; OUtspark at least show us how the party system point distribution works because it should not be this unstable. PLease dont make it too obvious that you try manipulating the game to work for you. Make up your mind and make your customers happy; WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL NOT CHANGE IT BACK AFTER THE 2X EXP IS OVER. (Grrrrr)

That's funny how all these players with high lvl characters are like, "Don't worry, just find another way". Ya well you've already got high lvl chars and dont have to worry about the 30-49 grind anymore. So in reality you guys shouldnt worry about this post and let us lowbies make an attempt to convince them to bring party exp back so that us folks with lives may experience just as much of the game as those without one. :)

I think that outspark boned us hard. Why did they take this away? Rider's communication with the creators must of been not important if we dont have party exp after this update(more like downgrade).

GMs please fix the problem because a lot of people are leaving the game and we play windslayer beacuse we want to meet new friends but anyone want to play in party if they get less exp than if they play solo and i remember in fiesta you do that (i have a lvl 54 mage in fiesta) but the other members of the party can help you killing a mob but in WS we cant do that so how do u think we are going to be in partys if we dont get more exp ???

yeah maybe we are lazy but we want to be whit our friends and your losing a lot of people 10 of my 20 friends dont play WS anymore beacuse they hate the cut in the pt exp ....SO PLEASE OUTSPARK FIX THAT PROBLEM :(

This is to just to clear up a few things and to answer why this may be taking so long.

GMs do not fix any issues with the game, in fact, no one at Outspark can. This is due to the fact that they are the publisher, not the developer of the game. All they can do is report issues to the Developer's to be changed/fixed/added/etc.

Once an issue arrives to the Developer's they first have to locate the problem, run some tests (such as trying to replicate the issue to further narrow things down) and find a solution to fix it. Then they will send it back to Outspark to be patched in. This process can take a while since finding and fixing bugs can take a long time to do. Also, the Developer's also have to cater to several other Publishers, not just Outspark.

Hope that clears a few things up.

Thank you very much for clearing that up for us. I was wondering if they would ever put it back into WindSlayer, and i'm also sorry because I hadn't realized how much work they had to do. I think we all are sorry for over-reacting a bit on our parts - & we thank the Developer's for their hard work.
