This game was some real fun, but i'd like to tell you my reasons why i stop plying it though.

1) Technical
The game doesnt run anymore
Since the last patch i received the game doesnt run anymore. Nothing but blackness and an occasional buffer overlow - as many people get.. so why dont they just downgrade until their 'fixes' are stable?

2) InGame
The game is flooded by Bots and Spammers - and it seems the staff is unable to do something about it. If unable to do or unwilling i dont actually know anymore. most of the time i was convinced it was pure unability... but i get my doubts..
Bots are easy to be dealt with - even easier are spammers, but why is it noone does anything? Either the supporting staff is FAR too small or simply unwilling to do something about the problems.

3) Personal
I would be really pissed if it wasnt so damn ridicolous. Last night i received a PM from one of the staff members where I got a warning for using 'inappropiate language'. What do you think? Did they refer to some swearwords i used here? Did they refer to bad named? NO! They refered to one sentence 'why.. yes why does that remind me of 'mine is longer!'?'.
Which is - in my eyes a sign for the arbitrariness of the current staff. If this is the scale for warnings the forum/game will soon have less than 5 players left - if it is not the scale than it is disposal.

So, hope you have fun with this game, but for me its done.. somehow this is getting too ridiculous for me.

some people don't know how to deal with those situations...>>
My computer did the whole "black screen" thing, but I uninstalled and reinstalled and it works fine now.

Not every game is for everyone. Not a lot of people have the patience to put up with games while they are in beta. Hopefully you will swing back and try the game after it is fully released. :)

You have to realize the logistics of it all..

I think people are expecting the GM's and developers to drop everything they are doing whenever anyone has a problem, and get it fixed for them.

They get multiple emails every hour from people who can't get this working or that. and i'm sure they do what they can to fix things.. but they are still working out all sorts of bugs..

and since there are many thousands of people who play this game, it does work for a large number of systems.

well, i have used to be a GM for years on Ultima Online so i know this stuff personally but normally arbitrariness is strictly forbidden, and especially in games which are not free - like this is soon to be (I mean the shop, not the actual game of course) - staffs should be large enough to support the playercount... *edit* in a reasonable way and time..

This is not pure 'you pissed me off' ranting, but also partly a critic that i hope someone reads who could make use of it..
