New and having trouble

I recently signed up with OutSpark and installed Fiesta Online, however whenever I go to connect, I get a message that says "Connection to servers has failed." I've been trying to connect for a couple hours now, and I've never played the game before. Can anyone help me?

Sorry, it means that u cannot connect to the servers or maybe their on maintenance! Well, you become sad when u cant play fiesta online right? I agree.
I could tell u about Fiesta Online:
When I started playing Fiesta Online it was still patching... Then I was saying like "YAY! ITS TIME TO PLAY!" when it was finished. I saw it always says "Connection to servers has fail" then that made me sad. I waited for a very long time but didn't work :(
For a hour i waited and it was boom! FINISHED! I was gonna make my 4 types of characters, then I pick wats best, i saw mage was pretty powerful. But the next time I played again, i think cleric's the best!

How about try it now? If it doesn't work, try waiting for 1 hour or go to the website FiestaGameTips.com :)
Again, if FiestaGameTips.com cannot work, how about fiestafan.com? Or outspark.com is full of forums! Maybe u should see.

You can't rush... Outspark Fiesta is doing something to your profile, like working on ur weapons. We were the same! I was told 8 timez about that. Until I wait and wait and wait!
It was no use. I tried playing another game while i'm waiting. But I CAN'T wait! It was just like its really fun!

It is fun... But don't rush! I know you've been waiting for hours... We're the same the same the same since i was new! Everyone gets to wait when their new! When it already works, it will not happen again! SO DON'T RUSH!
