Windslayer Points, or WSP are obtained from fighting in either the Arena or the Battlefield. You use them to buy special armor and other items. WSP are also required to buy class change licenses at level 10 and level 30.
If you didn't know, you can see a running total of your WSP by opening your inventory and looking in the bottom-left by your money.
